These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of lihkeedih.click and any diagnostic, repair, installation, or consulting services provided by Voltage PSU Lab ("we," "us," "our"), located in Columbus, Ohio. By requesting or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
By submitting a contact form, booking a diagnostic, or otherwise engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Voltage PSU Lab provides power-supply diagnostics, testing, repair, installation, custom cable building, electrical fault tracing, and related PC power services. Diagnostic findings, quotes, and repair recommendations are based on the condition of equipment at the time of inspection and may change if additional issues are discovered during service.
Diagnostic fees are due at time of service and are credited toward any repair or replacement performed during the same visit. Repair and installation quotes are provided after diagnosis and require approval before work begins. Payment for completed work is due at pickup unless other arrangements are made in writing. We accept major credit cards and cash.
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a diagnostic fee if parts were already ordered or bench time was reserved. Deposits on special-order parts (e.g., specific PSU models) are refundable in full with 48 hours' notice; after that window, deposits cover restocking or non-returnable order costs. Completed labor is non-refundable once performed and approved by the customer.
Customer-supplied parts are tested and installed at the customer's risk; we are not responsible for pre-existing defects in components we did not sell. Parts sourced or recommended by us are purchased from authorized distributors.
We provide a 2-year labor warranty on installation and repair work performed by Voltage PSU Lab, covering defects in our workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unrelated hardware failures, power events outside our control (e.g., utility surges after service), or components not purchased through us. Manufacturer warranties on PSUs and parts are separate and administered by the manufacturer.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voltage PSU Lab's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss — customers are responsible for backing up data before service.
All content on lihkeedih.click, including text, images, and design, is the property of Voltage PSU Lab and may not be reproduced without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any service concerns before pursuing formal action. We aim to respond to all service disputes within 5 business days.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
